I ordered my usual size, but it was so tight it felt like it was mislabeled. The sleeves fit strangely too, like the whole cut was just off. I reached out to customer service because this doesn’t seem right, and if they can’t help, I’m definitely asking to escalate it. Frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself buying clothes from here again.

I ordered a dress from polkadots.pk and I’ll be honest, I was a little cautious at first because online shopping can be hit or miss. But the fabric turned out better than I expected, soft and not that thin cheap material some shops send.
The stitching on my dress was neat, and I didn’t notice any loose threads. I also checked the size and color properly when it arrived, and both were close to what was shown on the website.

I’ve worn it once and washed it too, and thankfully it stayed in good shape. Overall, I’m happy with the order, and I’d probably buy again if I see something I really like.

Customer service was just alright. They took longer than you’d expect to get back to me, which is a bit frustrating, but they did end up fixing the issue. Not amazing, not terrible, just okay

The fabric feels super soft and comfortable, and it’s really easy to wear. it’s just a nice, comfy piece to throw on.

so I ordered from Polkadots and had to exchange one item because the size wasn’t right. They did help me out in the end, but the replies were slow and I had to follow up a couple of times. The exchange finally arrived and everything was fine, but I do wish the whole return process was quicker and more clear

My order got here really fast, actually earlier than I thought it would. I was kind of expecting to wait a bit longer, but then it just showed up, which was a nice surprise.

I actually found some really nice stuff here, and the prices felt fair for the quality. Overall, it was worth it for me.
